Legal services

Carry out a general legal practice, I provide comprehensive legal services to my clients, among which include the representation of the client before the courts, State or other public authorities, as well as before the executor authorities. Further I work out contracts and agreements, actions, legal administration, appeals and complaints. I provide legal assistance in commercial matters, at establishment of commercial companies, make changes to entries in the companies or the cancellation of trading companies.

In light of the above I provide legal services, in particular in the following areas of law:

Civil law

It is evident that the civil law is the most touching of everyday life of the citizen. Within the framework of legal advice and the provision of legal services in the field of civil law, I represent the client in all kinds of proceedings under the civil code and the code of civil procedure, under which I would do and I submit a proposal for the initiation of the proceeding, action, appeal, complaint and other submissions. Furthermore, I shall draw up all types of contracts or agreements or other bilateral legal acts as the purchase agreement, gift agreement, contract for work, lease contract, etc. In the case of co-ownership of matrimonial spouses do I apply to a proposal for settlement of matrimonial co-ownership of spouses or cancellation and settlement of mutual co-ownership of spouses. Similarly, I provide legal services in mutual relations of co-ownership.

Probate law

Probate law is part of the civil law. In the framework of the law of succession I provide legal advice, and I represent the client in succession.

Family law

I provide legal services (representation, preparation and submission of the proposal on initiating proceedings, appeals, etc.) in proceedings arising from the law on the family, and in particular in proceedings for

• divorce
• modify the performance of the parental rights and obligations to the minor children of the time after the divorce,
• modify the performance of the parental rights and obligations to the minor children, for example. in the case of custody; nutrition and edit contact
• into the custody of the minor child, the process of personal care of parents
• increases and reductions of maintenance for minor child
• contact a parent with custody of the child
• recovery of arrears of maintenance for minor child

In addition to representation in the above proceedings, work out parental agreement concluded pursuant to the Act on the family about how to modify contact parents to minor children and of the agreement on adaptation of the maintenance of the parents.

Labor law

I provide legal advice for employers as well as for the employee, further I represent the client in all kinds of procedures in the field of labour law, I shall draw up the action and other submissions pursuant to the labour code. In addition to the above, I shall draw up or checking contracts and other unilateral legal acts (e.g., termination of employment, the immediate termination of employment) or bilateral legal acts (e.g., employment contract, agreement on the liability of the employee, the agreement on the termination of the employment relationship).

Business law

The provision of legal services in the field of commercial law includes:

• legal advice for natural and legal persons
• the establishment and formation of companies
• making changes in the companies (e.g. in a company with limited liability, joint-stock company)
• cancellation of trading companies
• the elaboration of the founding documents (eg. the constituent instrument, the social contract, statutes)
• notification of trades or the handling of other licences
• ensure the registration of a new business company or a registration of changes of the company in the commercial register, trade register, or to another special register
• elaboration of general business conditions, internal regulations or directives of companies

Administrative law

I provide legal advice and represent clients in administrative proceedings under the code of administrative procedure, as well as unilateral legal acts in the field of administrative law, elaorate.

Land law

Provision of legal advice in the field of land law includes the representation of a client in the cadastral procedure, further I shall draw up or do I check all types of contracts and agreements relating to the transfer of ownership to immovable property (e.g., purchase agreement, gift agreement, a contract for the transfer of ownership of an apartment), as well as unilateral legal acts (eg. a proposal for the transfer of ownership to the real estate cadastre, the drafting of appeals and other legal submissions).

Copyright

Within the framework of legal services in the field of copyright, I shall draw up all types of contracts or other legal acts concluded or made under the copyright law (such as the Treaty establishing a work, the license agreement).
